Log in with the email used for your account. New customers can register when registration is available. After signing in, open Orders to view status and order details.
Track an Order Placed as a Guest
Enter the Order ID from your confirmation message and the billing email used during checkout. The Order ID is usually shown with a number sign, such as #1234.

Check the email used at checkout for your order confirmation. If you still cannot locate the order, contact Masaliq and include your name, billing email and approximate order date. Do not share passwords or payment credentials.
