Practical preparation

Crystallisation is a natural process and does not by itself mean honey is spoiled. To liquefy, stand the closed container in warm water and stir gently; avoid direct high heat.

Storage guidance

Close tightly and store at room temperature in a dry place. Do not introduce water or use a wet spoon. Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months.
